Hi, you have ask for a opinion about your sign ^^
Firslty it's pretty good for your first time really ! Me i have do shit with my first sign, i show you but it's a secret : img15.hostingpics.net/pics/639…  sooo bad desu nya* ?

So, talk about your render and others things like ressourse i think your character is a little bit blurred (like around him too). You should take better render ^^ trust me it's change your life !
It's not the big problem, the background is very very blurred and it's not good :/ use only if you want to do a depth. You have little errors too but it's not does not matter
But after all you have something very good for the first time and it's the texte ! i like the  typography ^^ but it's not all, i can see you have work a little the color and other things in it
It's probably the best thing in the sign.
In all, we can still see it's a superposition of elements. Try to work that
